Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
A conversation is a unique session started by a visitor on your widget or API. Multiple messages within the same session count as one conversation. Resumed sessions do not count as new conversations.
New conversation sessions are blocked until the next billing period starts (first of the month). Existing open conversations continue unaffected. We send email warnings at 80% and 100% usage.
No contracts — all plans are month-to-month or annual. Annual plans are billed upfront and save 20% compared to monthly pricing.
